Rates and Policies:

We look forward to welcoming you between 3 and 6 pm.

Prior arrangements requested for late arrivals.

We'll have to say goodbye by 11 am.

Rates are $149 per night and are subject to change without notice.

A 7% Florida Sales Tax and 4% Bed Tax are additonal.

Office hours are 9 am to 9 pm.

Reservations are recommended. A two (2) night minimum stay is required most weekends, especially during special event, festival and holiday weekends when rates may vary.

A deposit equal to one night's rent or 50% of entire stay, whichever is greater, is due within 7 days to confirm your reservation. The full balance is due at check-in. Cash, checks, and most major credit cards are accepted.

Deposits are refundable less $25 processing fee if cancelled more than fourteen days prior to scheduled arrival. If cancelled within fourteen days, deposits will be processed and applied to a future visit. Certain conditions may apply.

Due to the nature of our inn, we cannot accommodate children or pets. However, you are free to enjoy our family of felines; Buddha, Groucho, Harpo and Sheba -- who reside away from guest areas.

Smoking is prohibited on premises. If policy is disregarded, reservations will be canceled immediately, the balance of room rental forfeited, and an addtional $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
